@mmasnick I understand that some companies have a no-compete clause when people leave a company, but I'd like to argue that it can't possibly apply if you've just gone and sacked a whole lot. And as for trade secrets... Really. There's nothing that any software people do that other software people can't work out and replicate, and Facebook's had FriendFeed's IP on its books for years so knows a thing or two about social networks already.
