ambiguous_yelpThat statistic is flawed it counts downstream combustion of coal oil and gas for energy purposes (this is 90% of the total company emissions in the metric) which means you can buy a fossil fuel car fill it with petrol and burn it and that will be counted as corporate emissions
Is that methodology also how the CDP works? I am looking at en.wikipedia.org/…/Top_contributors_to_climate_ch… in particular, and the figures aren’t looking ridiculously better still.
