HeartyBeastParkrun - I’m a bit achy this week so it will slow. Then laying a garden path using self-binding gravel whip dodging the showers.
Fancy a pint and a burger with the missus in the local pub garden this evening.
Parkrun’s a bit of cult. I started about 5 years ago as a kind of pact with the kids - who immediately stopped going. Get to see some local familiar faces, have a chat. Plus I get to puff my way round some nice woodland.
