Yeah, Thunder is FOSS and is working great …
It’s been neat seeing the subtle UI changes and seeing new features get added in. Thunder may end up being my daily driver.
Can’t wait for the Boost app!! It was such a great Reddit app, so I’m eagerly awaiting the Lemmy version.
LeHappStickI’m waiting for Boost, but so far Jerboa has been great, I might keep using it even after Boost comes out, we’ll see.
Idk why, but i found wefwef after trying jerboa, thunder, and liftoff and somehow wefwef is the only one i found great in UX. Been an infinity user before and wefwef only improved upon that.
Wefwef (Voyager now??) Is much better than infinity imo such a sleek app🥰

Connect seems fine, and the icon isn’t a disgusting rat, that’s a plus in my book

I just find Boost’s design very very appealing. I would go as far as saying its my favorite Android App in General. I don’t really care if its not FOSS. I don’t use Lemmy because its FOSS but because Reddit sucks now.

Connect is awesome, but I am just so used to the UI and way Boost for Reddit works. When Boost for Lemmy is out, I will feel at home.
I also find that Jerboa and Connect are both great apps, but the features are fragmented across them (connect needs jumping between comments with volume keys!). Where Boost is the best of both worlds.
