@w7voa There’s an interesting article about how organized modern militaries don’t use chemical weapons anymore, not because of the Geneva convention, and the kindness of their heart. But because it doesn’t make sense, and alternative forms of attack are more efficient.

all this to say, this is a good step for the United States, but it’s not as important of news as the US is trying to make it out to be.
