Andrew🇺🇦@marcelias Some context: Texas has 254 counties, and the law was crafted to apply *only* to Harris County. Harris is a heavily Democratic County and has about 16% of the state's population. That's more than any other two counties combined, and more than the sum of the bottom 214 counties.
