A veterinarian sedative/analgesia not unlike dexmedetomidine

Did you had tonitazenes cases lately ? Or xylazine replaced it ?

had a couple cases of tonitazenes in the past 1-2 years but not since. I suspect dealers came to the conclusion they will hurt their business model with customer losses due to tonitazenes
With xylazine entering the area, maybe this will replace tonitazenes. It may allow to relatively cut on fentanyl in the product 🤷♂️
