My parents were out this week on some errands. Dad calls me saying it's taking longer than expected. When I see them I ask where he called from. Inside the store. With your mask on? No, I had to take it off. In Walmart. 'But I was far away from people.' But you know I wear mine at work, even -gasp- while I'm talking on the phone, far away from people? Oh.... It was a tough week. #COVIDisAirborne
@Cahoowdy That's really upsetting for you, I'm sure. It's strange how in some situations the kids are worried about the parents precautions whereas some kids are angry that their parents are taking them. Things are crazy.
@ellecreative he's 87, and for the most part, he's been really good about masking. Especially being in a place where freedumb reigns. It's just those nonsensical moments, where I'm like 'that's not how air works' that can be really deflating.
