PixelDroid is the main app for Pixelfed. It is not the official app, that is still in development.
You can also login to pixelfed from tusky.app
Just enter the domain of your pixelfed account. Then enter username and password.
Pixelfed also has the mastodon api built in so tusky can be used.
The creator has an official app pending in the iOS App Store right now.
