@SBLBrightonLDR Being wedged between 2 Student HMOs myself I feel for the residents. But this does sound like an improvement.

@JackMoxley it's difficult to get everything in the story but the people moving in with St Mungo's will have to sign up to a licence and face sanctions if they misbehave. There are currently four operating student HMOs down my street but the fifth opposite has been empty all year after a massive refurb, so will have to see what happens. Joys of city centre living with two universities
