LileathAfaik lemmy strips most metadata of posted images for more security but that also includes the things that dictate the orientation for some reason.
Keep in mind that I have no clue what I am talking about, I just parrot what I have read some time ago without checking it.
Fredselfish So freaking annoying when they going fix that? Should have already been fixed. I’m use to posting pics on Reddit can’t here without using third party app and linking to it. Lemmy please fix this.
