@georgetakei The OH legislature is already trying to throw a road block in the way by holding an Aug special election (which they voted to do away with until it became convenient to bring it back) to determine how many votes it takes to modify the state constitution. The August vote is crucial now as well. Maybe it'll backfire gloriously on them.

As this DKos story notes, there is also a push for a November measure to legalize pot, so there will be another substantial constituency available to activate to defeat the August referendum.
