Flipboard Tech DeskTwitter is threatening to sue Meta over its Threads platform. In a letter obtained by Semafor, Twitter lawyer Alex Spiro accused the company of engaging in "systematic, willful, and unlawful misappropriation of Twitter’s trade secrets and other intellectual property" and said that Meta had hired dozens of former Twitter employees who had access to confidential information. Meta's communications director says the accusations are baseless.
