IgnacioIt seems that it's an European country, and here privacy laws are more strict regarding to licence plates on pictures. It's wiser to censor them.

No itās a child and parent space. Although, if you think about it, children are a kind of handicap.
They deserve a ticket or getting towed at this point. Taking up two spots is mildly annoying, this goes way beyond that.

I may regret saying this: I drive a BMW. Shockingly a) I indicate before turning or changing lanes and b) I can park. I have zero patience for those who don't indicate or don't park reasonably (regardless of car manufacturer).
