I disagree. Russia has had ample time and opportunity to embrace democracy and reject authoritarianism, but they have failed. Russia is a vicious, terrorist, empire that exploits and brutalises other nations. Every single Russian is responsible for the evil that they do. Until they take responsibility and make reparations for their foul actions, there is no question of sympathy, forgiveness, or redemption. #ukraine #Russia
