So, weekend tally: The number of active users across Mastodon rose by 294K, and posting activity roughly tripled. Lots of new sign-ups, but also many returning users. Fun times!

@Gargron my feed just keeps getting busier and busier lately even though I’ve only added a few new follows. It’s excellent. I just wish I could find more local people. I’m in NYC, which is obviously full of all kinds of activity, but I’m trying to find my New Yorkers here! #newyork #nyc
