Bluesky: Twitter is lost, good to reconnect with mutuals. Mastodon is overly complicated and scolding. Threads will be interesting to watch.

Mastodon: Twitter is a hellsite. Bluesky is mini-Twitter. Threads will either be okay or will destroy the Fediverse.

Just in case someone is curious, I know nothing about servers (I had to look to see which one I'm on), nothing about Mastodon's internal workings, and I'm having a blast in a troll-free environment meeting all sorts of people who have interesting points of view, hobbies, and stories.

Twitter always had an uncomfortable feel, for me. Posting an opinion was likely to get a trumpite response loaded with hate and obscenities, the only way they communicate. I left because of Musk and l really like it here. Why would I join a site run by someone similar?
