Internet Archive now has a menstruation information and history library, since we now live in a world with Florida bill 1069, which bans the mention of periods before sixth grade in Florida public schools.

Library is universally available:

House Bill 1069 (2023) - The Florida Senate

A sponsor of the bill seems to believe that it does, in fact.

> The bill is sponsored by Republican Florida state Representative Stan McClain ... Ashley Gantt questioned ... "So if little girls experience their menstrual cycle in fifth grade or fourth grade, will that prohibit conversations from them since they are in the grade lower than sixth grade?" ... McClain responded, "It would."

So it's very good to have other available resources.

Florida bill would ban elementary school students from learning about menstruation

Girls in the U.S. typically get their first period between ages 11 and 14, but can get them as early as age 9, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Of course, if the bill would not actually ban teaching kids younger than sixth grade about menstruation, that's great! But I'd want to hear that from someone who actually wrote the bill.

@textfiles Big surprise how this guy’s bio begins isn’t it? (If it’s not clear I’m replying to a dickhead conservative in your mentions but I also immediately blocked him because see above)
