Obligatory dumb question: are your books available through any retailers besides Amazon? I've been fighting tooth and nail not to start using the Kindle ecosystem ...
@Shachihoko Not at all a dumb question! Unfortunately the ebook is only at Amazon. But print is available at a variety of online retailers. I like to send people to this one, a really great online store specializing in sci-fi and fantasy:
