It is now 60% which is perilously close to the 60% approval nationwide. Only, Ohio is a red state.

Then if that makes any difference for the state legislature who will then find a way to nullify this?

Then lastly, if the voters then, in the next election still elect the same anti-abortionists.

My guess? The amendment garners around 58%, and fails.

@GottaLaff the Ohio measure needs to carefully examine the Kentucky measure to state that abortion is a right in the KY constitution. It passed. But the KY Supreme Court ruled that regulations prohibiting it after six weeks were constitutional, and as a result, abortion is effectively illegal in Kentucky.
