@arstechnica he's only rich as a result of a lack of accountability. I'd like to be shocked but as I'm going through a similar situation I can attest they will try whatever possible to not pay.

Hmm, what are the odds that Twitter will be around in another year?
Competition is ramping up, and eating into their base. Revenues are dropping. Technical difficulties creating concern about Twitters reliability. Twitter is being sued by business partners, landlords and former employees.
Not a great outlook.
