Dominic :emoji_wink:@phill are Fastmail labels supported? I have labels enabled instead of folders but they show as folders in Big Mail.

@dominic unfortunately Fastmail don’t expose it in their IMAP api, so it’s just Gmail. But you can still use labels in Big Mail, they just don’t reflect on the web.

@phill this build is amazing but one issue is in getting generic notifications. Any tips for fixing that?
@dominic are you seeing any Keychain errors after syncing?
If you tap one notification then share logs I can take a look.
@phill okay logs sent. Some more info in case it helps: opening a notification doesn’t open the email in Big Mail unless I open and sync Big Mail first. Then if I click on a notification it will take me to the corresponding email. Any new notifications after that sync won’t open the corresponding email.

Your notification extension isn't waking up to download the message in the background (which is why when you sync in the app, then tap, it works).
I would first try restarting your phone to see if it that gets it going again. Failing that you'll need delete the app, then restore back from Big Mail Online.
