Mercedes and Mclaren are to assist Pirelli with a new wet tyre test (following the tragic death of Dilano Van ‘t Hoff) at Silverstone

Mercedes will fit an F1 car with prototype rear wheel covers to analyse how much this solution can reduce spray on a wet track. McLaren will send out a car in standard spec for comparison.
