@aaron I'm never sure how amazing the thickening agents are for your body, but by jove I used to love a HBE (street slang for Hard Boiled Egg). We have tofu scramble and an occasional ESS (Egg Salad Sandwiches), but I long for the sweet embrace of an HBE. Paella, Fiorentina pizza, salad Niçoise, scotch egg. Looks like I could probably reverse-engineer some Huevos rancheros from this aswell. Exciting!

@TheBreadmonkey Yeh this at the centre of a vegan scotch egg would be mind blowing! I fancy making it out of a Beyond Burger. It’s worth a shot for sure!

@TheBreadmonkey This looks like a lot of work, but it could be fun. I'll probably give it a go someday. I use black salt all the time in my vegan egg salads, and it makes all the difference.

(I can understand this woman doesn't want other websites stealing her recipes, but she's really tried to make it hard for us to make a copy for personal use. Fortunately Reader View in Firefox gave me a version I could copy from.)
