HowieKleinThe Dems are probably going to lose the Senate next year. Schumer should get busy-- 51% of appeals courts judges were appointed by Republicans, 43% by Dems & 6% are vacant. Appeals are decided by 3 randomly chosen judges, & SCOTUS hears only 1 case out of 100. This 6% is HUGE!
