Yes, I have an FB account, which I rarely use, I only keep any of it active for Messenger, really.
No, I won't be adding Threads to my list of apps, unless there's a compelling argument to do so.

I sort of sit half-way when it comes to online privacy.
Not inclined to share details about myself, but know an online profile is probably already built up about me by those inclined to do so, which is disturbing
