I’ve tried to lose weight all year so seeing this message in the Withings app this morning made me very happy 🥹
In February I weighted 88.5 kg and in May I was down to 86 kg but it was going too slow for my liking. I started exercising more, eating better, and drinking less alcohol. I also made a goal to weigh 80 kg by the end of June.
The past 14 days I’ve been fluctuating between 79.8 kg and 80.3 kg. Ups and downs are expected. This is roughly 80 kg. Goal achieved! 🙌
