1. Quite a few people in the GOP are pro-choice.
2. I'm republican and I am for pre-natal care, and I am pro-choice but anti-abortion. There is never a situation in which killing a fetus is necessary to save a mother's life. There are always other options.
That being said, there are pro-abortion Republicans and pro-life democrats. In spite of how terrible a situation may be, it is objectively wrong to kill a baby.
@BlueintheSouth @QasimRashid no, there absolutely are, just none that require an abortion to fix it.
I'm not saying the fetus will survive, just that the baby dying is a side-effect of the treatment.
Only 3% of abortions are for the mother's life, the other 97% is just not wanting a child.
@BlueintheSouth @QasimRashid Don't worry, the population is dropping. Even if not, every person, including fetuses, could fit inside of Texes with everyone having less than 100m² of space.
