And (almost) the only “solution” that gets any coverage by media, or discussion by the politicians, is “encourage developers to build more affordable housing”…! As if handing over managing housing to the real estate industry, and turning it into an uncontrolled profit centre, isn’t how this disaster came about in the first place.

As a group we just don’t seem capable of learning. When you’re in a hole, stop digging…
