I’m sure someone’s written about this already, but what do you do when a social media platform dies? when, with it, go all the interactions & love & laughter you shared with friends & lovers & family & those that were never yours in the first place?

what happens when it’s where memories of those departed also reside? how do you hold on to an @ from the ether? how, when their profile is lost - their last thoughts no longer there to offer scant comfort? no longer where you mourn a loss & a life?
