I am no lawyer but a question nags at me since #ChatGPT was first revealed: how is it legal at all?
This is not mere crawling, were bots check the availability, type of content, and indexes it, without reusing the content itself for other means.

Here we have bots that actually take the content and use it for training a commercial product, with no guarantee that the license of such content is respected. This is beyond the #privacy concerns that have been justly raised so far.
