I was told I could create an account anywhere on the fediverse and it wouldnât matter, Iâd see everything. If I need to create an account every time I want to see some booba, thatâs not very seamless. Can I not just subscribe and see it on this lemmy.world account?

lemmynsfw isn't federated with most instances, that's why. And really, most people had a porn alt on reddit anyway, so they're used to it
