Thanks! This was my third attempt and I’m finally happy with the result.
Eating some of it now with some noodles, it’s really great! Fresh is so much better than manufactured. Don’t put it off, give it a try :)
I just realized that I have no idea how tofu is actually made - other than that it's from soy.

It’s way better fresh! The taste on its own is nice and light, and it’s much easier to season when it is fresh (compared to marinating prepared tofu) since you can put your seasonings right there in the mold with the curds. Once I made a batch with basil and sun-dried tomato in it, so good 🧑🍳👌
Really not that hard to make, just takes some time :)
