I've wondered if #SARSCoV2 had been present in some rural area for a long time. The economic dislocation wrought by African Swine Fever in #China must have led to many agricultural workers seeking alternate employment. The market could have served as a super spreader event even more efficiently than meat packing plants in the West. Those aren't open to the public.
