If avoiding strikes on Russian territory is the reason, then you couldn’t deliver PzH 2000 and Leopard either, both can strike (& drive) across the border. This whole ‘in order to avoid strikes on russian territory ‘ is an excuse. The real reason is something else and Scholz is lying to his electorate. He needs to be questioned on this.
