Not sure if this was a random missile or not. Putin has murdered too many brilliant Ukrainians. The world leaders need to help Ukraine end this brutality.

@w7voa That's sad and terrible to hear, but it's surprising given that Russian forces have been targeting civilian service and public buildings (schools, hospitals, museums, churches,...) since the start of the war. 😟
