I have no concrete comprehension of how Mastodon works, bear with me while I figure out wtf.

@farfarer consider the structure like email (user_name)@(server.domain) communicating across the Fediverse of other servers. Fun fact your home feed behaves like RSS. Servers will have their own niche community, but we are not locked in. Once it clicks which took me an afternoon and it becomes quiet comfortable to work with.

@devenish Yeah, it's the various servers I need to get my head around. I get that we can follow people on different servers in an agnostic fashion, but it feels weird that I have a different account on each server. It's cool, I guess, will just take some getting used to :)
