Almost half of people didn’t care when they overturned Roe

Now they’re coming for birth control.

So where is the line? When will it finally effect enough people so they stand up?

@flexghost @lednabm oh boy. Time for another “I told you so” for my parents. When Roe was overturned I told them birth control will be soon. They said it’ll never happen.

So fucking happy I got my tubes tied last month.

@flexghost @lednabm it seems to be about an inch at a time. It’s slow work, but I’m trying.

I think they’re clinging to the idealized America they remember growing up. I’m going to drag them out of it bit by bit, even if they’re screaming and clawing.

@flexghost @lednabm fortunately they’ve never watched Fox. They think it’s bullshit too. They read the local paper and maybe some stuff on FB. They’ve just tuned out and are very stubborn.
