I've successfully repaired this Fluke 8840A bench multimeter!
it used these weird custom Fluke analog switch chips, 700013. several of them failed, so I made tiny PCB replacements!
i named the replacement 700013 chips FLOOB TOOOLE. the design is open source, and you can find the files right here: https://github.com/schlae/TOOOLE
