Then all the lawyers involved should be disbarred.

And every organization involved should be investigated for violating 501c3 regs, barred from appearing before SCOTUS, and potentially dissolved

Sadly, the crazy fast dockets that allowed an untold number of frauds to be committed upon the courts when dealing with millions of foreclosures, showed that the ends justify the means for the justice system now.
