I would like to post something I wrote two years ago for the first Carlow Pride, but I only have it in screenshot form, so no alt text. It's quite long (3 tabloid pages.) Has anybody got time to help with that?

I want to post it today, because today, 43 years after I left Carlow "in disgrace," I am speaking at Carlow Pride. Miracles do happen, but sometimes they make you wait a while!

@IzzyKamikaze Do you have Google lens in your phone? I use it to generate alt text for images of copy. It has an option for recognizing text then all you do is select all and copy/paste into the alt text box.
