So there is a nafo.uk server, but I cant follow people on it 🤔 seems I need another account. But will that limit me to only following the nafosphere?

You shouldn't need a separate account... All servers are federated and you should be able to follow someone regardless of their server. Do you get an error?

You cant see peoples lists of followers or folowees on other servers (good way to build up network fast) but otherwise seems ok
