But you can import available subreddits to your sub.rehab favorites. Keep in mind that not all communities are on Lemmy/Kbin.
You’ll need to be logged in to reddit.com
Go to www.reddit.com/reddits and scroll down a bit to “HOME FEED SUBREDDITS” window which is on the right side. There’s a “multireddit of your subscriptions” link, copy it. Then go to your sub.rehab settings and under “Favorites” click on “Import from Reddit”. Paste the link you just copied into the input field, and it will automatically add the available communities to your favorites.

In my case it found only 12/70 communities.
