Imgur breaks when I upload, and catbox uploads the video but can’t play it… I need a service that can handle large quality images or UHD videos.

You could use a porn site or look specifically into NSFW services.

A channel i used to watch kept getting banned from youtube for copyright violation so they started using xvideos in addition to dailymotion.

If you want free services, your option is pretty much limited to YouTube. There is also PeerTube if you can find an instance that suitable for your video. If you don’t mind paying, then you’ll have more options such as Vimeo or Cloudflare Stream, or even host a PeerTube instance yourself.
