You can request all your existing data from Reddit here: https://www.reddit.com/settings/data-request

Also, they reserve the right to undelete your content, so ideally first run a script that edits each comment before you delete it. As far as we know there is no comment versioning.

And if you replace it with fragments from LLM output, or subtly change everything to become wrong (randomly change numbers, remove "not" and so on) you help poison the well for language model training.
