The elephant in the room of all these SCOTUS decisions is that Congress has become a barely functional “co-equal” branch of government. Full of partisan bomb-throwers, corrupt individuals and questionably functional nonagenarians, the inability of Congress to respond legislatively to these judicial provocations or to generally govern is almost a given. #USAPolitics #Congress #incapacity
