At some point we have to talk about how one third of the Supreme Court was appointed by a guy who is indicted for espionage.
@Strandjunker And the judges who voting in favor of these anti-democratic cases are not serving in "good Behaviour," due to blatant corruption, ignoring very clear Supreme Court precedent, graft, and a clear lack of judicial ethics.
@Strandjunker and the guy convicted of sexual abuse and fraud

@Strandjunker
All Trump's judges should be removed from the bench as a national security precaution. We live in a nation of at least 1,327,010 tate bar members--finding unsullied replacements shouldn't be a problem.

And no, I don't think it's unfair to penalize someone for accepting a Trump appointment any more than I think it's unfair to penalize someone for knowingly purchasing stolen property.
@Charlotteshhhh

@Strandjunker And thanks to the two-thirds requirement on impeachments, we can’t remove any of them. Seems like the only two options here (assuming we can wrest back control of Congress) are to expand to nullify their impact, or shift the function of the court to shrink its legal purview to a tiny fraction of cases. And either one of those is going to be a tough sell for the traditionalist (boomer, I hate to say it) Dems in office who still think things will go back to how they were if we all just shake hands…
@Strandjunker There needs to be action to impeach judges for lying to Congress. Perhaps they could be disbarred for conduct and thereafter be removed from SCOTUS. Remember it is not over until it’s over. Win in 2024.
