@toast The fact that an immoral, corrupt, one-term president can nominate three justices to the Court speaks volumes as to the validity of the Court as an unbiased institution. A political campaign that was premised on the idea of appointing justices to the Supreme Court to overrule Roe v. Wade, that then successfully resulted in the appointment of three justices who overruled Roe v. Wade, argues strongly for political bias on the Court.
The Court, of all our legal institutions, needs to be a balanced court that lets the facts and evidence, not political bias, rule. Why is a 5/5 Court never considered? Are so locked in to the past that sensible and necessary progress is impossible?
