Gotta love when people try to cite papers that go 100% against their own argument

Especially when it's to push homophobia and the source has a specific #SciComm section including LGBTQIA+ members

You can lead a horse to a source, but you cant make it read 😂

@dillonthebiologist My mom sent me a transphobic article recently. Little did she know that all of its citations were trans affirming studies that had been twisted.

It's incredible how the overwhelming amount of scientific research supports LGBTQ rights. Must be a conspiracy! 🙃

@dillonthebiologist I also enjoyed how most of the papers boiled down too "trans people have mental health problems because of minority stress." Like. Mom. Your side CREATES these issues.
