@paul I was in a similar situation with between the M1 MacBook Air and the M2. Everything that I’ve read/watched has said that the M1 actually beats out the M2. At least with the Air’s. I was able to find a deal on an M1 with 16GB of RAM. Which is a big reason why I went with the M1. I can only find the M2 with 8GB of RAM and that’s just not nearly enough.
